You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return you must contact us via hello@tolandmak.com.au to obtain approval before returning. Your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and your item must be in the original packaging.

We do not offer refunds, exchanges or store credits for any of the following:

  1. Change of mind.
  2. Spelling errors due to incorrect information provided by the purchaser.
  3. Incorrect colours chosen.
  4. Incorrect files provided or a file that may contain errors. This also includes any photo that is not high quality and cause blurring, pixelated or fuzzy photo finishes. However in saying this if we have any issues with any images we will always contact you prior to production or get it resolved.

You are entitled to an exchange or refund for a major production defect only. We don’t not offer exchange or refund if the fault is minor, we reserve the right to offer to repair or replace only. 

We will only process your exchange or refund if; 

  1. Approval has been given prior to returning the product to us. 
  2. Once the original item has been received back at our premises or destroyed with proof the item has been destroyed.
  • REFUNDS

Once we receive your item, we will inspect and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. 

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) minus any shipping fees (if applicable) within 5 business days of the item being received.

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

  • ORDER CANCELLATION

If you wish to cancel your order once payment has been made, we may agree to this under certain circumstances. However If we agree to cancel your order and process a refund there may be a 10% cancellation fee deducted prior to a refund being issued.

This charge also applies (at our discretion) if the purchaser wishes to cancel an order due to any image provided not being suited for photo blocks and where any work has been carried out by us to assist with having the issue rectified, this includes any editing work carried out by us.

  • SALE ITEMS

Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded, exchanged or credited.

  • REPLACEMNT

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged (not including items damage in transit).

  • GIFTS

If your item was received as a gift, any refund, exchange or credit will be discussed with the purchaser directly before any refund, exchange or credit is approved.

  • SHIPPING FOR REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund (if applicable)

If you are shipping an item back to us you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and do not take responsibility for items being lost in transit.
