TURN AROUND TIMES
All of our products are handmade to order, so please allow approx. 3-4 weeks for your order to be handcrafted, this does not include shipping.
If your anything like me and have left your order to the last minute, please contact us and we can chat, we maybe able to rush your order through as per your requirements. We may (at our discretion) charge a ‘rush fee’ for any orders that need to be pushed to the top of the list as we will need to spend extra hours in the workshop to rush your order through production.

Collection from us directly at Botanic Ridge VIC 3977 is available via prior arrangement.
We only offer shipping within Australia, if you would like a product shipped overseas or NZ please contact us prior to purchasing.
We are not responsible for any delays in shipping times. We will always assist in contacting shipping agents for updates however the delivery times are out of our control, please keep this in mind if you are placing an order which is required by a certain date.
We can arrange express postage if required, please contact us directly to have this arranged however there will be additional charges for this service.
We do not take responsibility for lost or damaged packages, this includes any errors made in the shipping address by the purchaser when the order is placed. However if your package arrives damaged please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss further.
We ship all our products via Courier or Australia Post (Choice of carrier is chosen at our discretion).
If you are required to collect the package from the courier agent / Australia Post due to non delivery and the item is not collected within the time frame given, the item will be returned to us. In this instance we will not be responsible for the costs of reshipping the item, this will be requested to be paid by the purchaser prior to rebooking occurring nor will any store credit or refund be offered.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and this cost non-refundable.
We will happily assist you with any information you require regarding the order being shipped however any investigation lodgements with the carrier must be lodged by the purchaser unless stated otherwise by the shipping agent.
